Delivery

All pieces are dispatched from the UK, packed with corner protection and shipped with tracked, insured services.

[RATES ARE PROVISIONAL — confirm against real carrier quotes for large framed pieces before launch. A 100 x 100 cm framed piece behind glass will not ship for £9.95.]

Larger pieces

Pieces at 100 cm and above may ship on a pallet or two-person service depending on destination. We will contact you before dispatch if that affects your delivery window.

Customs and duties

Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and return it within a further 14 days for a full refund.

• Pieces must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or was not as described.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned piece.

Damaged in transit

Glass breaks. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it — including the packaging — and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

A note on our photography

Our catalogue images are styled room settings, shown to give a sense of scale and context. The frame finish and size you receive are the ones you select at checkout; the room, furnishings and lighting in the image are not included and are for illustration only.
